Features:
1. single screw extruder adopts flour, corn starch and potato starch as raw material, makes food through the process of extruding, cooking, shaping, drying and frying. By choosing different dies, different shapes food such as shell, screw, square tube, round tube, lotus root slices etc can be produced. The food is very popular in market. This processing line has the advantage of rational design, high automatic degree and accuracy control.

Technology Theory:
Extruding and inflating technology is the key and character of CYS-100, which is also the most popular and high food technology. After extruding, the starch proceedsαtransformation. The volume expands s, and water solidity increase, thus easy to be digested.
As well as known, major element of potato and grain is unripe starch (WHAβstarch), which is difficult to dissolve into the water, not influenced by enzyme, so digest is not easy. Only after dissolving in the hot water, transmit to theα starch, the food can be digestible. Cooked rice or pasta, in the normal or low temperature, will become bad taste, which is the ‘turning back’ of the starch. Extruding and inflating technology makes the starch ripe, and shapes theα structure and keeps its stability in a certain shelf date, furthermore keeps delicious.
In the process of inflation, the materials in the sealed roller are pushed by the screw, getting the high pressure and the cutting force, as well as the heat energy from roller outside, and become gelatinous, meanwhile change original physical and chemical attribute, structureα starch. While lowing the pressure of the materials next to the exit, plastic gel is extruded out and instantly cools and geometrical shapes, by means of changing the moulds.
