Our main machines are extruder, oven and fryer. The machine are capable of all kinds of snack food machinery, such as potato chips processing line, corn flakes production line, corn curls production line, breakfast cereals processing line, baby powder production line, textured soybean protein production line, mini instant noodle production line and others. We can also do pet food production line with fully automation and semi-automation. Also our machine can do fish and shrimp production line.

Jinan Sunrising Machinery Co.,Ltd. was established in 2005. Since it is established, our general manager Mr. Lu organized a group of people with abundant experience in snack food production machines. Along with more than 10 years of development, the team in our factory is getting stronger.
The staff in our factory is more than 100, including advanced senior engineers and technicians. We have different departments, such as managing department, sales department, purchase department, assembly department, inspection department, accounting department and research department. Each department has its accountability and they all cooperate very well. The working environment in our company is great. Each one can work happily here. Our factory was established on March, 2005 in Meilihu industrial park.
On May, 2005, the first 300kg/hr extrusion maishao puffed snack food production line was installed.
On October, 200kg/hr corn filled snack food production line was exported to Uzbekistan.
The first puffed nutritional powder production line with capacity of 500kg/hr was installed in Jiamusi on June, 2006.
The first mini instant noodle production line was exported to Honduras on August.
The first dog chewing production line was produced in Jinan Chenyang Technology Co.,Ltd.
200kg/hr non-fried potato chips production line was installed in Israel on December, 2007.
The first dog chewing production line was exported on January, 2008.
500kg/hr floating fish production line was installed in India on March, 2008.
On April, 2008, our factory moved to Dingtailu street.
On July, 2008, our factory established partnership with Indonesia clients.
On August, our factory hold 5 days of group cooperation survival exercise activity.
On October, 2008, our fried puffed snack food production line was installed in Zhangzhou.
On May, 2009, the first fried 3D snack food production line was installed in Gaotang.
On July,2010, our factory established partnership with Brazil.
On February, 2011, mobile automatic feeder was installed in Tianjin.
On June, 2011, 150kg/hr reconstituted rice production line was installed in Inner Mongolia.
On 2012, our fried snack food line got the CE certificate.
On September, 2012, 1tph dog food production line was installed in Italy.
On May, 2013, we signed 1tph pet food line contract with one large pet food company in China.
On August， 2013， 400kg/hr corn flake production line was installed in Turkey.
On September, we installed the 600kg/hr instant porridge production line in Daqing.

3. We will inform you the date we will finish the machines so that it will be help for us to confirm the delivery date and book the ship.
4. Warmly welcome you to inspect the machines before delivery.
5. Pack the machines with inner plastic film and wooden cases if you need.
6. We will send some spare parts for free.
Aftersales services
1. We can offer 12 months of warranty of the machines. During the year, if the broken machines are not caused by improper operation, we can offer you the spare parts for free.
2. We will offer spare parts for you at favorable price after the expiry date of one year of warranty.
3. We will send engineers there to help install and debug the machines until all machines run well.
4. If there is any problem in the future, we will offer working video or online solutions for you.
