Tortilla chips processing machine is a new type of extruding food machine studied and

1. Description:

The doritos/totilla/corn chips are kinds of snacks made from corn powder, which are cut

and then fried. The main raw materials are corn powder, vegetable oil, salt and water.

Although usually made of yellow corn(as pictured), they can also be made of white,

or red corn. After frying and flavoring, we get very crunchy triangle or other shapes

chips which are popular with both children and adult.

2. Raw materials: adopts corn flour, rice flour, vegetable oil, salt etc. as raw materials.

3. Products: This line can be used to produce Doritos chips, snacks, cereals by adjusting the moulds from extruder;

Machine used in this line:

Mixer---to mix the raw materials with high evenness. It can add water and other materials when mixing.

Single screw extruder---to extrude the materials.

Pressing machine and Cutter---to press and cut the extruded materials into needed shape by changing the moulds on the roller.

Fryer---continuous fryer or batch fryer to fry the materials.

Flavor machine--double roller flavor machine or single roller flavor machine
