1.Mixer
to mix the material such as the wheat flour and water.
Output: 50kg/ once time,

When mixing the wheat flour, you should add water (25%-28%), palm oil (2%-5%) and other seasoning, and then stir them several times in clockwise and counter clockwise; after stirring for 5minutes , sprinkle the materials into the bunker of pressing machine , but don’t put too much ,or the materials will bond , and block the feeding system.
2.Roller pressing machine
power:3 kw ,To make noodle-shaping.The press flour machine consists of five rollers: the first one is to feed, the second one is to load, the other three is to calender. The first roller have two feed openings about 2-3mm. Adjusting the thickness and deviation of the compression roller , you need to close the machine to save material and consider the direction of adjustment. After adjustment, put the instant noodle into the last roller and to cut, adjust the bolts of molding boxes and after molding, open the steam box transportation equipment according to the speed of press flour machine, and then open the steam switch of steam box. When the four rollers’ speed is not synchronization ,you need to adjust slowly and don’t worry.
3.Boiling machine
To boil water and the hot steam will steam the noodle.

5.Fryer (including electric and steam fryer)
Power:70kw To fry the instant noodle. We have two kinds of fryer. One is electric fryer , the other is steam fryer. Take care, if you want to use the steam fryer, you need install the boiler, we can’t make the boiler,we can help you to buy it from other manufactures, so we suggest you buy the boiler in your country.
The setting temperature is 45-160℃. Two types of noodles shape:round and square for your choose
Clear it one wheel one time enough. It’s better to establish an oil pool in workshop outside below ground, so that you can clear the frying oil conveniently.
6.Cooling machine
Power: 0.75kw After frying , the instant noodle is very hot, so there is a cooler to cool the instant noodle. There are three fans overhead the cooler to provide cooling air.
7 Control Cabinet
By the control Cabinet,you can adjust the instant noodles machine automatically,as like on off and heating and so on
