DESCRIPTION:
1. Salt Water Mixer: water mixed with additive such as salt, alkali.
2. Dough mixer: flour and water combined and mixed full.
3. Aging machine: dough aging, improve the elasticity of the flour
4. Pressing machine: pressing and cutting
5. Steaming machine: steaming the formed noodles
6. Cutting& Dividing machine: cutting, folding, dividing,, forming the dough pieces and entering boxes, it can form square or circular dough pieces from different molds.
7. Frying machine: dehydrated by frying, fixing the shape of dough pieces, making dough crispy to taste good
8..Cooling machine: lower the temperature of dough pieces to meet the demand of packing.
9. Conveyor: conveying finished instant noodles to each packing line.
10. Packing machine: choosing sauce package packing machine as customers’ request, powder packing machine, vegetable bag packing machine, pillow type packing machine(instant noodles in bags).
Packing machine is optional, excluding standard quotation, choosing as requirement details.
Features of production line
1. Frying machine equipped with heat exchanger, ensuring stable frying heat, it’s also good for control of production quality and improvement of processing.
2. Frying machine equipped with oil filter, it can filter the sediment in the oil, prolonging the period of exchanging oil and ensuring the taste of noodles.
3. Frying machine equipped with automatic control panel, saving labor, fully automatic.
